How long does shipping take?

Most items arrive within 1 week or less, depending on your location and item availability. Larger items take longer.

Are the genuine/OEM parts authentic?

Our supplier gets parts from different Mazda factories around the world - mostly in Japan but also China and others. Packaging may vary per factory, so receiving an unfamiliar box is normal.

How about aftermarket parts/accessories? Are they quality?

We only list aftermarket accessories from reputable factories, but managing expectations on longevity is always a must with non-OEM parts.

What is your warranty/return policy?

We offer a 1-week return window upon receiving the item. Returns need proof (photos/videos) that the product arrived defective or damaged during unboxing. We are not liable for courier mishandling but always pack items as safely as possible.

Do you offer installation services?

We currently do not install parts. Please work with a trusted local mechanic for fitment.

How do I place an order?

Are all items brand new?

Yes, all listed products are brand new unless specifically called out in the description.
