We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or shipping by third-party couriers. Please consult a professional mechanic for installation.

- Model & Year Selection: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they select the correct model and year for their vehicle. Mazvantage is only responsible for providing the part or accessory ordered for the specified model and year. We are not liable for incorrect fitment due to wrong selection, but we are happy to assist customers in identifying the right part for their car.
- Order Process: Orders are placed by adding items to your list and contacting us via our official Facebook page. Payment methods include bank transfer, GCash, credit card (with fee), and cash on delivery for select items.
- Shipping & Delivery: We ship nationwide in the Philippines. Shipping times may vary. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party couriers, but we do our best to pack items securely.
- Returns & Warranty: Returns are accepted within 1 week of receiving the item, only if you provide documentation showing the item was received defective or damaged out of the box. Please document the unboxing and installation process. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Installation: We do not offer installation services. Product fitment and installation are the buyer’s responsibility. Please consult a professional mechanic.
- Privacy: We only use your information to process orders and do not share it with third parties.
- Limitation of Liability: Mazvantage is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or shipping by third-party couriers.
